The sheets in the pull out sofa were dirty. But they brought clean ones The pumps for the shampoo only dispensed a tiny amount of shampoo and when we asked housekeeping about it they said that's how they worked and we had to accept it. The hotel only provided ONE cup of coffee per person but did provided free breakfast but I'm talking about the in room coffee maker! The water pressure was low. I probably won't stay at the Hotel Erwin again but I will use Booking. Com.

The breakfast was very nice, the location was perfect in Venice beach. The rooms were clean and big. The roofterrace is very nice. The included services were awesome! We could rent beachtowels, padle rackets, bikes, volelyballs, etc for free and they were always available for us.

Bathroom provides no privacy. Toilet door doesn't shut - leaving it open 4 inches. Unacceptable design for anyone traveling with a second person and wanting some privacy. Also only toilet has door. No place to change. Room has very old, frayed carpetin
